I ordered the natural and black large tote with a custom design. The bag itself was high-quality and looked great. I was very disappointed with the quality of the custom design print. The lettering on the chalkboard was very hard to read and looked very faded. I would have normally returned the product, but since this was a Christmas gift for my son's teachers I didn't have the time and just ended up giving them the bags as-is.
