Teotihuacan Stone Platforms Under Blue Sky Poster

A line of stepped stone platforms at Teotihuacan, each with its own staircase, receding towards the right of the frame. The masonry is dark volcanic rock broken up by pale patches of surviving plaster. A larger pyramid enters at the right edge, with dry hills on the horizon behind it. Mown grass fills the lower third. Roughly half the frame is open blue sky with a single bank of white cumulus, which gives the composition room to breathe on a wall and keeps it readable from across a room. This listing uses the upright crop. Printed on semi-gloss poster paper, which keeps the colour saturated without the weight of canvas.
