The first order of this cup was sent to me rather than the designated person, but it was reprinted and sent to the person expeditiously.so customer service was excellent. When I was designing the cup, I talked to an individual who assisted me in putting it together. The directions without help were not helpful like no step-by-step but the chat person helped me. The cup did turn out lovely. I printed my own words and they turned out perfect. See photo.
