The Black Country consists of the boroughs of Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton in England. An American diplomatic visitor, Elihu Burrit, described the region as 'black by day, red by night' with the fires and smoke of heavy industry. The chains reflect the foundaries; and the white part is in the shape of a glass furnace chimney. Black Country people are proud of their heritage.

I was able to reorder the print in a smaller size and it was shipped to me within a couple of weeks. The print was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit (Eco friendly, too!), and I am really pleased with it. I am so grateful to the customer service team for the professional way they handled my order. I had this printed on matt finish card and I was really pleased with the quality. The colours were rich and the image sharp.
