The Bremen Town Musicians Coffee Mug

This famous fairy tale of the Brothers Grimm is about four aging domestic farm animals, who feel they are neglected and mistreated by their owners. They band together with dreams of a better life, and wish to travel to Bremen Germany, to become town musicians. Along the way they meet up with many adventures and challenges. Like all Grimm's fairy tale stories, this one holds a number of morals and conflicts like old age, death, and change. This tale is a wonderful opportunity to teach children lessons in life that are often difficult to explain. Canadian born artist Susi, has illustrated this tale in a Christmas theme with a Canadian spin on it, as depicted with the hockey stick and Canadian maple leaf stitched onto the canvas bag of toys.
