The beautiful woman is wearing a frilly blue dress and a gentleman is holding an umbrella for her while he gets the door for her in the rain. About the artist: James Jacques Joseph Tissot (1836-1902) was a realist painter and had a reputation of painting elegantly dressed women of fashion shown in scenes of fashionable life.
