The Coelacanth Hold Us Singlet

The coelacanth, Latimeria chalumnae, is a lobe-finned fish (sarcopterygii) once thought to have gone extinct in the Late Cretaceous, only to be rediscovered by a science in 1938. A second species, Latimeria menadoensis, was discovered in the late 1990s in Indonesia. Lobe-finned fish, like the modern coelacanths and lungfish, are the ancestors of the tetrapods (amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals). This tank features a cartoon drawing of a blue, spotted coelacanth fish, with the funny, parody phrase "We put our fins up like the coelacanth hold us." A great gift for a lover of uncommon animals!

I had purchased the flowy tank for another graphic so I knew it would fit. Nice light fabric, perfect for summer, doesn't cling. The white can be a little shear, you can definitely see your bra through it so if that bothers you, go for a darker color. I have worn this out during the day, and at the gym. The colors are washed out. The blue is more of a pale light blue as compared with the graphic displayed on the website. I would have liked the colors a little more saturated but still nice.
