[Alteration of Middle English nigromancie, from Old French nigremancie, from Mediaeval Latin nigromantia, alteration (influenced by Latin niger, black) of Late Latin necromantia, from Greek nekromanteia : nekros, corpse + manteia, divination; see –mancy.] nec'ro·man'cer n. You can always tell a Raven piece by the red left hand in the bottom left corner. Why the left corner? Because I do all my artwork with my left hand even though I'm right handed. Why red? Why not.
