Great pillow!! They didn't ship it with my other pillow and it was an anniversary gift. So the next day I called them, and the lady on the phone got right on it and I got the pillow within a couple of days. She made sure it was there before my anniversary day! Very, Very helpful. Of all the items I have ordered from zazzle this has been the only mistake. And like I said it was taken care of right away. Love Zazzle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The ordering process was easy, I was warned my image may be slightly blurry due to condition of my image however when cushions arrived there was no blurriness and pixels look great. Didn't take long to arrive at all, overall very happy 😀. Great print work and it looks awesome
