The old Commonwealth Bank of Australia Banking domed Chamber in Melbourne was designed by Lloyd Tayler and Alfred Dunn and built in 1891. It is acknowledged by the British Society of Architects as the finest structure of its type in the world. Formerly a bank, the chamber may today be booked from time to time for grand-scale functions such weddings and corporate events. This postcard may perhaps be used as an unconventional invitation card to such events.
