This printed necktie showcases a vintage illustrations of the first parachute by Jacques Garnerin, tested by himself in the park of Mousseaux on 22 October 1797. This hand-coloured etching with aquatint is believed to have been created around 1798 or 1799. Perfect present for a dad with a passion for aviation history. From the Library of Congress, the Tissandier Collection.
