The Flying Scotsman - Large Poster
This is a reprint of a 1932 poster depicting the London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) and the Flying Scotsman as the embodiment of speed and dernity, whilst having a sly dig at the Southern Railway's 'Little Boy' poster.
For all its stylish accomplishment, this poster was not well received by the travelling public, and therefore not re-issued in 1933.
This is a scan from an old magazine ad. I then cleanup the scan and increase the resolution to make high quality reprint posters.
