My father was one of the early actors who left New York City when he was a mere 19 years of age with a strong determination to become a part of the exciting world of "Hollywood". He travelled along the now famous "Route 66 along with a friend , driving a Model T Ford. Be sure and look at our store to see the video of his adventures and movie scenes he was in. He had a part in Cecil B DeMille's hit movie "King of Kings" and several other popular movies for that decade. Mary Pickford was a friend of his and we still have many of the different garments he wore in some of the movies which you can see at our store. He was a great Tango dancer and later in life he would entertain the ladies when attending a wedding by moving them across the dance floor and he was always in demand.
