The waves symbolise the 10,000 lakes and rivers of Minnesota. The wild rice, Minnesota's state grain, represents the agriculture of today and of Native American tribes. The pine trees represent Minnesota's vast forests and land. The inscription 'Mni Sóta Macoke' means "the land where the waters reflect the skies" in the Dakota language and references the origin of the state name 'Minnesota'.

I recommend it. I got it once for the scout group I have been a leader 20+ years. I have liked it that I have bought one for the RSA I am VP. has the emblem /logo with the contact details and have recommend it to some friends. The printing was light at first but after been used a couple of times, I am satisfied I have it. Helps when you are a bit older, or don't have a printer. The some does the job. I can't show them because they are with the groups to use.
