This is card art done for the Fallen Empires expansion of Magic: The Gathering. This powerful man is the Hand of Justice. He is seen here considering you with scroll in hand and scales on the table. The dice at his elbow suggest that you might make a deal, but would that be wise? The colors contrast the somber theme and a slit window is possibly showing your last look at the world for a very, long time. This piece was done with dyes and color pencils with some airbrush.
