The Kiss (1907-1908). Artist: Gustav Klimt (1862-1918). The Kiss (original Der Kuss) is probably Gustav Klimt's most famous work. He began work on it in 1907 and it is the highpoint of his so-called 'Golden Period'. The Kiss is a vintage Victorian Era Symbolism fine art love and romance painting featuring a romantic couple in various shades of gold, patterns and symbols, sharing a kiss against a bronze background. About the artist: Gustav Klimt was an Austrian Symbolist painter and one of the most prominent members of the Vienna Art Nouveau movement.

The clock did not take as long to arrive as I thought it might and was extremely well packaged. I didn't do the measurements so I didn't realize it is a little smaller than the average clock but that does not matter (just make sure you check if that's important to you).It is really nifty! It seems very solid and well made not flimsy at all. It has been going well and has kept good time in its few weeks on my wall. Nice product. Gets noticed too! Nicer in real life than the picture but true to the picture
