The Lighthouse at Ocean Cay, Bahamas Postcard

The lighthouse at Ocean Cay, located in the Bahamas, is a prominent and picturesque landmark on Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, a private island owned by MSC Cruises. This island, situated about 65 miles off the coast of Miami, is part of the Bimini chain and is a popular destination for MSC cruise passengers. The lighthouse was originally built in the early 20th century as a navigational aid for ships sailing through the waters around the Bahamas. The structure that stands on the island today is a replica of the original, which had deteriorated over time. The new lighthouse was completed in 2017 when MSC Cruises developed the island into a private resort for its passengers.
