The pituitary gland, or hypophysis, is an endocrine organ located at the bottom of the hypothalamus at the base of the brain. The pituitary is functionally connected to the hypothalamus by the median eminence via the infundibular stalk. The pituitary gland secretes hormones that regulate homeostasis. Scientifically accurate. Great for school science lab, doctor offices, clinic, hospital,... for educational purposes. Vector file scaleable to any size without losing resolution. The print was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit (Eco friendly, too!), and I am really pleased with it.
