Art Deco style Illustration by George Barbier of two young women sitting under a cherry tree, one with a parasol, during a summer rain storm with a rainbow in the background. George Barbier 1882 - 1932 was one of the great French illustrators of the early 20th century. He is well known for his commissions to design theatre and ballet costumes, to illustrate books, and to produce haute couture fashion illustrations. This image is of printing quality, high resolution of 300 ppi, it has has been slightly cropped and enhanced.
