The Jesse Tree is a devotional tool available in many forms. It is used most often around Christmas to show the thread of the gospel story throughout the whole Bible. This particular ornament depicts the story of Abraham’s faith being tested. God asked Abraham to sacrifice his only son Isaac, the son that God had promised to Abraham. Abraham was ready to follow through on the sacrifice when God sent an angel to stop him. The ram was caught in a thicket nearby and become the sacrifice instead of Isaac. This ornament can be used with any Jesse tree devotional guides that includes the ram symbol.
