The Timmons Kite Luggage Tag

Designs by Susan Savad --Before aeroplanes, early inventions of flying machines included kites, hot air balloons, airships, gliders, and other devices. Building and flying kites was very popular in the nineteenth and early twenthieth centuries. The Timmons kite, a tandem biplane kite invented by Nicholas Timmons in 1906 was one of these kites.
