This design features artwork by the Italian Baroque painter Giovanni Battista Salvi da Sassoferrato (1609–1685). It depicts the Virgin Mary with her hands clasped together as she prays. It is a devotional image that shows the sanctity of Jesus' mother. The work was completed circa 1645.
