The Winnie the Pooh Tree - Thank You Card

Walking along the Werribee River, in Werribee itself, you will see a rather fine gum tree spreading its boughs which might just conjure up recollections of the Winnie the Pooh tree that features in A. A. Milnes' books. I'm not the only one to have made the connection. In this pen and ink drawing celebrating the magnificent tree you will see the glistening river not far off playing a supporting role. The tree really does seem like a home away from home for little bears and their friends and the surrounding lawns would be a perfect spot for a rather lovely picnic - complete with honey sandwiches.
