The Year of St. Francis Commemorative Mug

VIII Centenary Franciscan mug. Pope Leo XIV has proclaimed a special Jubilee Year in 2026 to commemorate the eight hundredth anniversary of the death of Saint Francis of Assisi. 1226 - 2026. On the mug is an image of Francis taming the wolf of Gubbio (see the legend in "The Little Flowers of Saint Francis"), swallows from Franciscan mission San Juan Capistrano, a San Damiano cross and a phrase from Francis' Canticle of the Sun. Pax et Bonum (Peace & all good.)
