2 of my Z1 posters with model Cassie made the new "The Thing" movie! They were bought and selected by Universal Studios who ask me to sign a release so that they could use my copyrighted photos on their sets. They can be seen in the background as "set dressing" This one gets the most "screen time" in the movie and is in the "teeth check" scene. The Z1 is a one-owner,7-time,National Holding, 1974 Kawasaki 900 Z1A,bored to1045 cc with 31mm Keihin CR carbs and carried 640#.to Best Times of 9.39 @138 mph in the 1/4 mile and 5.87 @ 116mph in the 1/8th mile more than 30 years ago.
