The botanical drawing is by naturalist and artist Isaac Sprague, from The Genera of the Plants of the United States, published 1849, author Asa Grey. This floral design is also available in colour. It depicts the carnivorous plant Venus Flytrap, scientific name Dionaea muscipula. It grows in open bogs in coastal North Carolina and northern South Carolina, and is also a popular cultivated plant.

These matched the texture and expectations that I had for stickers. Looked exactly as designed.

I ordered the stickers to showcase reviews for my book. I wanted to include as many accolades as possible, but also wanted to not overwhelm the reader. The stickers turned out fantastic. They take up just enough room in my book :). I was worried the image on the sticker would be blurry. The font is small, and I was hopeful that the audience would still be able to read it. I was definitely impressed. The print quality is really fantastic.

This Vintage illustration was just right for our "From the Library of...."
Twenty years ago, we moved almost 1000 books from our home in Texas, to our new home
in Pennsylvania. Now we are downsizing and donating many of our reference books.
The bookplate reminds us of 1985, the friends we made and the books we've shared.
Thank you for making this special bookplate. The paper appeared like parchment and the antique illustration complimented it well.
