With a recent statement by the Chief Justice of a state supreme court (my state, Alabama, unfortunately and unsurprisingly) that freedom of religion is only for Christians and a SCOTUS decision that seems to grant religious freedom to a corporate entity, it's a good time to be reminded what one of the central founders said. The poster is a portrait of Jefferson with a quote from his _Notes on the State of Virginia_.

The colours were rich and the image sharp.
