Thomas the White Rhino Holiday Card

Thomas Dickson drew this White Rhino to honour the many beautiful White Rhinos we saw this summer on our trip in Africa. This one happens to be celebrating Christmas in the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. Unfortunately many of these magnificent animals are being poached for their horns. However, there are some people who are working hard to increase their numbers, so they may run wild across the plains of Africa forever. These animals while huge and powerful were very calm when we drove by it to take its picture. While Thomas was very nervous and hid under our Masai Warrior's blanket, he truly honours and loves these animals. The proceeds from this card will be used to send 1,500 books and school supplies to Shella Primary School in Kenya, Africa where 200 children are studying very hard every day to better their lives.
