Asano Nagamasa's third son, Naganori, moved from his old domain, Hitachi, to Harima's Ako, where he ruled over 53,000 koku. Although it was a branch clan with a tradition of over 100 years, it was abolished in 1701 due to Nagamori's incident in the palace. This incident led to the revenge attack by the 47 ronin led by Oishi Yoshio (according to 'The Family Crest of Daimyo Families' by Kenichi Takahashi). This design was created with reference to the crest on the gate of Ako City's Oishi Shrine.

Heavy duty Cotton. The design and colours are superb, I feel very proud as a Graham descendant from Appleby Westmorland Cumbria to wear this especially when wearing of patches is banned in Aotoearoa - New Zealand.
Kiwis wear all black as the t shirt is with Green lettering to match the environment and yellow for joy and purple thistle to match my hair.
The wardrobe police know who my Clan is now !
