The Tiananmen Square protests of 1989 culminated in the Tiananmen Square massacre (referred to in China as the June 4 Incident) near Tiananmen Square in Beijing in the People's Republic of China (PRC). Demonstrations were led mainly by students and intellectuals, who were eventually crushed by the military and security forces of the government. But one iconic image has remained, and that is Tank Man, the unknown brave civilian who stood in front of the tanks, risking his own life. Now TankMan is a work of art, rendered in an ultra modern Obamaesque pop art design. Never forget! Customise this product any way you like.
