I'm the lucky recipient of my latest Victorian scrapbook,and therein found this marvellous image, on a SUPER well designed antique Victorian trade card from the company of Withington & Cooley Manufacturing, late of Jackson, Michigan. The full line is ‘Tickle the Earth with a Hoo*, And It Will Laugh with a Harvest.’ *Zazzle, in its ceaseless wisdom, decided that the word H(with an o and an e) is a bad word and PG13, and they wanted to waste my time by checking the image.
