“Tiger v Dragon” by T.S. Tyre is a piece that started as something else. After seeing some of her animal paintings, someone asked TS if she could do dragons. She loves dragons as a rule. Her collection of ‘Sad Dragons’ gets bigger all the time. But she hadn’t tried a “serious” dragon at this point. So she said she’d give it a try. Then they asked if she could make a black dragon fighting a white tiger. That got an eyebrow raise. They gave her a wonderful story about their battle to overcome addiction and the evil represented by a black dragon and the strength to overcome represented by the white tiger. She liked the idea and got to work. Ink allows for a lot more detail, but can also take a lot longer. The person who asked for it never turned back up and TS got a new set of alcohol markers to play with. So she decided to see how they would do adding a new dimension to a forgotten commission. All the way around, it turned out for the better.

I cant speak for how it holds up as a fully assembled skateboard. But I've had quite a few decks in my life and this seems solid. I'm using it fro a Twin Peaks art project. So far, it has been perfect! very smallJust a few whit marks in the black parts, Nothing serious. Very small defects.
