Too many toilets, permanent or portable, don't have hooks. Where do they expect us to put coats, purses, tote bags, toolbelts, shopping bags, etc? If enough people leave this sticker where there are permanent or portable toilets without hooks, bathroom design culture can shift. Contracts for rented portapotties can easily require a hook (a small swag hook doesn't bend the plastic). Maintenance can add hooks to permanent restrooms.
