Total Solar Eclipse August 21 2017 American Funny Postcard

Total Solar Eclipse August 21 2017 American Funny Postcard

On August 21, 2017, a total solar eclipse will be visible across much of the United States. It's being called the "Great American Solar Eclipse." If you're planning on celebrating this exciting event, this humourous design is perfect for you. The tongue-in-cheek parody text mimics song lyrics and says, "It came in like a blocking ball / We couldn't see the sun at all." A lady with a drink in her hand rides on top of the moon wrecking-ball-style as it blocks the Sun from Earth's view. Below that, it says, "I saw the total solar eclipse" with the date. This funny, unique art has a retro look.

Artsy celebration Post Card for the Eclipse. I sent it to a Special facility to get the Eclipse postal cancellation. The printing quality was full and deep colors. I adore the matte paper
