This is my suggestion for remembering to BE who we are and BE with Nature! My logo took me a long time to design. I identify as a tree gripping the earth and spreading my branches to the sky. It is a simple reminder of the sentiment to BE not DO. I know when you are raising kids, working and trying to live life peacefull, it isn't easy. But it is SO VERY IMPORTANT to remind ourselves to connect to Nature in any way available to us. Meditating outside has always done it for me. Take a tote outside filled with lunch, or crocheting, reading - whatever you choose!
