Trendy, exclusive wildlife safari ties

This colour photo of a large male Waterbuck standing on the savannah plains in the Kruger National Park, South Africa has been captured as the sun is setting. The antelope is bathed in the warm light of the setting sun and his majestic, long forward-slanting horns are beautifully displayed against the dark green foliage of the background vegetation. He is looking directly at the camera and his shaggy long coat in shades of brown has taken on a slight red hue from the suns rays. Although found in herds, this bull is standing solitary. The characteristic white ring on the rump is obscured due to the fact that he is standing side on to the photographer. An interesting fact about waterbucks is that they have oil glands which secrete a strong odour and taste which makes the venison (meat) unpalatable to eat.
