I actually ordered my invitations & RSVP cards (with a 50% off coupon) selecting basic paper, and when they arrived, I was devastated. It looked like they were printed on photo paper and the alignment was all wrong. But, this was MY fault because of the way I designed the invitation and the paper I chose.
So, I asked for a return/refund and it was granted. Not only did I not have to return the items, but I found a coupon for 75% as a holiday card incentive, but it applied to wedding invitations as well. So, I made a few changes and reordered the invitations and the RSVP cards with felt paper. I loved my savings so much that I decided to get the thank you cards as well. I got 100 thank yous and better paper for all three purchases for the same price I paid in the first place! When they arrived, I was thrilled! Zazzle catered to my needs and delivered a wonderful product!
Note: many of their "cards" are not folded but rather front and back post-card style. I did not realize this when I first placed my order, but luckily I love the look! The first order that I placed with the basic paper had okay printing but there were alignment issues (my fault). However, when I got my refund, made a few tweaks, and upgraded to felt paper, everything was perfect! I was really worried about bleeding since there is so much ink on the front of my invites, RSVPS and thank yous, but it was not an issue.
