Twin Baby Birds Mother's Day Card

These twin baby barn swallows are sticking their necks out trying to get some lunch. Their wide-open yellow mouths and grey-white stretched necks express eagerness in the extreme, not to say competition! They are looking out of a grey mud daub nest, attached to a brown wooden ceiling with wire netting. One little bright eye spares a look at you from the nearest chick. In the upper right portion of the image is the word, "Mum!" in white lettering. Inside is another photo of the two babies eyeing you from inside the opening of the nest, and the words, "Thanks for always being there when we call. Happy Mother's Day!"
