It's said that " Love does not consist in gazing at each other, but in looking outward together in the same direction." Collies in a Highland Landscape by Wright Barker (1863-1941), a British Oil painter of pastoral and genre subjects. Exhibited at the leading London galleries from 1891, mainly at the Royal Academy, Royal Society of British Artists. Lived at Mansfield and later at Harrogate. Died on 10th March 1941. This original oil-on-canvas painting has been digitally retouched to remove some stains and spots and is in high quality. Add text and/or background colour to suit your needs/taste.
