Title : 箱根 (hakone / Mount Fuji From Hakone) Artist : 高橋弘明（たかはし ひろあき / Takahashi Hiroaki) (1871-1945) He was an ukiyoe artist and printmaker active from the Meiji era to the Showa era. Aritist name is Takahashi Shotei, Hiroaki or Komei.
