National flag of Ukraine The Ukraine national flag is a bicolour flag with two horizontal bands in blue and yellow. It was first adopted in 1918, and again in 1992, and has a 2:3 ratio. Note that any distortion in the preview image is caused by compression artefacts, and won't be printed.
