I was not satisfied at all that the coffee cup site says "UNBREAKABLE" and it came breakable. I complained but got no satisfaction at all. I really needed it to be unbreakable for where I have slate floors and concrete floors. The job itself was first rate and will order more if I can't find any un breakable custom cups this size. Great printing job all around.
