The product was beautiful. It was a tiny bit off center, but that's because I'm a perfectionist. The printing turned out great. I believe it had to do with the fact that I had to do a phone order since I was having technical difficulties with the website. The customer service representative was able to center it even better than the site allowed. The name attached to the RSVP was lower cased, but it was partially my fault because I also did not catch it when she sent me a final draft to review.
