I completely misread that the blanket didn;t sparkle, so even though I was disappointed, the little girl that I purchases it for absolutely loved it. She really loved that her name was on it. It was really soft and the perfect size for an 8 year old. In regards to the colors, it was just like the image minus the shiny aspect of the enhanced image.
