Unique Orangutan Photographs Postcard

Two special wildlife photographs on one orangutan postcard. Top: Siswe, an adult orangutan who was rehabilitated as an orphan in the 1970's, sits in a doorway a Camp Leakey in order to watch a movie (about orangutans) with OFI employees. The movie is IMAX's "Born To Be Wild" and the movie screen is visible in the background of the photo. A special showing of the movie was arranged for the employees at Camp Leakey. The bottom photo shows a juvenile orangutan reaching out for comforting contact with a human caretaker during a day in the rainforest. It takes many years of care before rehabilitated orangutans can be released back into the rainforest. For only $100, conservationists can save an entire acre of Southeast Asian rainforest.
