I was pleased with the customer service and overall quality of the product, but I found the editing/customization process to be frustrating, and would have liked to see a true-to-size proof of my card before ordering. I downsized the dimensions to save a little bit of money, but they were much smaller than I expected, and some of the print was too small to read. I also got a bit of sticker-shock when I realized I paid over $2 per piece for something the size of a grade school valentine card. The printing was beautiful -- very high quality! If I were to order again, I would definitely be more careful about my choice of font and card size.
