Haven't washed it yet, but I'm not too concerned about its outcome because the quality is excellent. Didn't see any instructions that came with it, but will probably hand wash it just to be on the safe side. The printing was great quality too, with vibrant colors! The only disappointing part is that it's not easy centering graphics and/or font on mugs, cups, etc. Zazzle needs to improve the the customization area for drink-ware, giving you a better visual of the areas you're working with, all the way around.

It arrived safely and on time. The product is of great quality and I am more than pleased with my purchase. The coffee mug is beautifully painted in the two-tone hunter green, with the NZ Fantail bird depicted on both front and back and looks amazing. It will make an excellent present, which the purchase was intended for.
