A slightly humourous illustration for Torah portion Va'era in which the first two plagues occur - G-d sends swarms of flies on Pharaoh and his people after Pharaoh refuses to let the Israelites go. Anubis, the Egyptian god of funerary rites, here, as usual, depicted as a canine or a man with a canine head, holding a green fly swatter with numerous dead flies smashed on a wall.
