This is a convenient and easy way to produce an object fully customized by the customer. Starting with an existing Zazzle template, I was able to add and delete graphic elements and text as desired -- my own or those in the template. Interesting web based vector drawing program (based on Fatpaint? Not sure.). Unfortunately the mug design was "printed" with some artifacts -- spurious elements. I sent Zazzle a picture of the problem and they almost instantly sent another -- with the same artifacts! Then I had to bring in the big guns: a video camera! I sent Zazzle a video showing both problematic mugs, and... lo and behold, they again almost instantly sent a third. This time it was perfect. I plan to order from Zazzle in the future, but I might just send them an image of exactly what I want. No web vector drawing with the risk of artifacts.
