A bouquet of garden flowers including tulips, lilies, roses, carnations, gerbera daisies (aka Gerber Daisy) and peony flowers in a vase with seashells, shells, a flying butterfly, lizards and fruit by a window. About the Artist: Balthasar van der Ast (1593/94-1657) was a Dutch Golden Age painter who specialised in still lifes of flowers, fruit and seashells.
